Is booking in advance required?
Yes, you must book in advance, as seats may not be available at the door before departure.
What I should know before boarding the bus?
- Please read and understand our Terms & Conditions.
- Brigit’s Bus Tours take no responsibility for items left on the bus.
- Personal items are carried at the owner’s risk and the Brigit’s Bus can take no responsibility for items damaged or lost.
- Smoking is not permitted on the bus.
- You must keep the lid on hot drinks at all times.
- Brigit’s Afternoon Tea Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused by the infringement of the rules.
Do you have a waitlist for cancellations on the bus tours?
Yes, we keep a waitlist for high demand periods and cancellations. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, give us a call on 020 3026 1188 or email us at bus@b-bakery.com. Please provide the following details in your email: tour theme, date & time, phone number and number of guests. If we open additional bus tours or receive cancellations, our booking team will then contact you directly.
Which tours are for under fives?
Our Peppa Pig & PAW Patrol bus tours are suitable for ages 2 and up.
ABOUT THE TOURS
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
To allow a great experience for all wheelchair users, we modified the bottom level of one of our Routemaster buses to add a ramp. The conversion is the first of its kind in a 1960 classic vehicle. And, we believe, it's a real step forward for the inclusivity and accessibility of private event transport in London.
Our adaptations allow for one wheelchair to be fully secured and strapped in (facing forward) at Table 4. We also have an option to comfortably accommodate two additional wheelchair users. This is as long as the passengers can transfer to a table seat. We can accommodate the additional customers at Tables 1, 2, or 4 and store wheelchairs on board for the duration of the tour.

Unfortunately, our themed buses are not currently wheelchair accessible.
Are the bus tours suitable for children?
Yes, our bus tours are suitable for children over five years of age.
Brigit’s Classic, MONOPOLY & Paddington bus tours are not suitable for young children and babies. Children under five years old are not permitted on these bus tours. There is a discounted rate for 5-11 year olds. We can sometimes make exceptions for 4 year olds - please contact our team to discuss your booking with them.
The Peppa Pig & PAW Patrol bus tours are suitable for children aged 2 and older. There is a discounted rate for 2-11 year olds. Photographic ID may be requested to confirm the child’s age.
Do you allow babies on-board the bus tours?
We do not allow babies on-board. We only allow children from 2 years of age on our Peppa Pig & PAW Patrol afternoon tea bus tours and children from 5 years old for the Classic, Paddington & MONOPOLY afternoon tea bus tours.
Are the buses available for private hire?
Yes, you can find out more about hiring a bus in our Private Hire section. We create bespoke packages for your specific requirements. Alternatively, please call us on 020 3026 1188 and one of the team will be able to advise you.
FOOD & DRINK
Do you cater for gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free and vegan options?
Yes - we offer traditional, vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free afternoon teas to suit all. If you have any questions, please call us in advance of your booking.
Please note that while we take great care to offer vegan menu options, we cannot guarantee that our vegan dishes are 100% free from animal products. Our kitchen facilities are shared, and although we follow strict procedures to keep preparation and storage areas separate, the potential for cross-contamination remains. As such, trace amounts of allergens may still be present in our vegan offerings.
Please note that whilst gluten free flour and ingredients are used and great care is taken, the food is prepared in the same kitchen as the standard menu so for those with coeliac disease we cannot provide a 100% guarantee that the food will be gluten free.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for: nut-free, peanut-free, combination of dairy & gluten-free, combination of vegan & gluten-free and Coeliacs. Any allergies must be emailed and confirmed by management at info@b-bakery.com. Thank you for your understanding.
Are you peanut or nut-free?
Unfortunately, we are NOT nut or peanut free.
Do you cater for egg-less and dairy-free options?
Our vegan afternoon teas are egg-less and dairy-free.
What’s the alcohol policy?
Alcohol is pre-sold only. No alcohol can be purchased on-board the bus. You must book your alcoholic beverages in advance whilst booking online or over the phone. Brigit’s follows a Challenge 25 Policy. ID is required. No refunds will be given if no photographic ID is shown.
Is the alcohol refundable?
Alcohol is non refundable.
Can we bring our own food for children with allergies or fussy eaters?
Yes. Please mention dietary requirements upon booking, but in the case we cannot meet your needs, own food is permitted.
What do you offer for birthdays?
We offer a complimentary mini cup cake topped with a ‘Happy Birthday’ mini flag. For health & safety, we are not permitted to use candles on the bus. Our host or servers will also lead the singing for the ‘Happy Birthday’ song.
ONE THE DAY
Will the bus wait if I am late?
The bus cannot wait for latecomers, passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point 20 minutes prior the departure time. Our buses have to leave on the dot, refunds will not be given in case of lateness. No boarding is allowed outside of the departure gate, late passengers are not allowed to catch the bus on route or attempt to jump on board.
Is there a toilet on-board and changing facilities?
No, there is no toilet on-board the majority of our buses. There are public toilets at Victoria Coach Station, which you can use prior to boarding the bus. There are no public toilets at the Trafalgar Square or Temple departure points.
There is a toilet and changing facilities on-board the Peppa Pig & PAW Patrol buses, which are for children only in an emergency. We would advise changing nappies prior to boarding the bus.
Can we get on and off the bus?
No, the bus is only permitted to pick up/drop off passengers at our designated locations.
Can we bring luggage or buggies onboard?
There is limited space for buggies on board the Peppa & PAW Patrol buses, we only have room for foldable buggies.
Luggage can be brought on-board if it fits under your table and seats. If your bus departs from Victoria Coach Station, there is a luggage storage office opposite the ticket office.
Is there a first aider on board?
Yes, all staff on board are trained in first aid.
Where does the bus depart from?
We have four departure points. All buses leave and return to the same point. Please refer to our Bus Routes & Departure Points page for further information. Please also check individual tours for the departure point. The departure point will be shown on our online booking site and the time of reserving your seat.

CLASSIC BUS TOURS
Victoria Coach Station, Enter the Station and go to Gate 0.

Just an 8 minute stroll down Buckingham Palace Road from Victoria Station or 10 mins walk from Sloane Square underground station.
Victoria Coach Station can be found on Buckingham Palace Road at the junction with Elizabeth Bridge. The bus tour departs from Gate 0 inside the Coach Station. The bus leaves and returns from the same point.
There are public toilet facilities and luggage lockers available at the station. Both are payable. Please use the toilets prior to boarding the bus as there are no toilets on-board.
Which London landmarks do I see on the bus tours?
We have several different bus routes depending on the theme of the tour. You will see some of London’s most iconic landmarks on our bus tours: Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Trafalgar Square and the river Thames.

TABLES & SEATING
How can I do a solo booking?
In order to make a solo booking, please call one of our bookings team on 020 3026 1188.
How many people fit on a table and will we have to share?
Our tables sit up to four guests in a cosy setting. Let’s remember these are the original Routemaster bus seats and we’ve all got a lot larger than our 1960’s relations! Please bear this in mind when booking for your group.
Our VIP seating is for two guests and is situated on the upper deck at the very front of the bus.
If you are a group of 5, either book two tables near one another via our online booking system. Or alternatively, call our bookings team and we’d be happy to help you choose the best options available for your tour of choice.
What is the VIP table and how many seats are available?
Our VIP seats are the first two seats on the upper deck at the front of the bus. There are two sets of two seats available. So you can either book for 2 or 4 guests across the VIP seats.
DISCOUNTS & RESELLERS
Do you offer Blue Light / NHS Discount?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount for NHS workers. Please send us a picture of your valid NHS card in order to apply the discount. You can email this to us at bus@b-bakery.com. The discount is only applicable upon booking.
When are Virgin Experience vouchers valid for?
The Virgin vouchers have different validity depending on the tour. For Peppa Pig these are valid for weekdays and weekends, Classic tours Monday to Friday.
Please check the terms and conditions of your Virgin Experience voucher in order to avoid confusion.
If I have a voucher, can I upgrade to a VIP seat?
Yes, we can upgrade the voucher for the VIP seats for a fee of £10 per person for weekdays and £20 per person for weekends.
If I call, can you apply a discount to my existing booking?
The discount code can be applied only at the time of booking, not once the booking is in our system.
Are group bookings available?
Group bookings are available. You can hire out the top or bottom floor for groups of 20 and 12 respectively. It’s also possible to hire out the entire bus. Please call us on 020 3026 1188 and one of the team will be able to advise you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
What is your refund policy?
The ticket remains the property of the company and must be made available for inspection by the conductor or driver on demand.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
We require full payment of the bill in order to ensure the booking.
- There is a booking fee of £5.50 per table.
- All bookings are non refundable, however you may change the date or type of experience. Please call our bookings team on +44 20 3026 1188.
- Changing fee of £22.50 per person for tours within 2 weeks of change request.
- Changing fee of £10 per person for tours further than 2 weeks from change request.
FOR GROUPS (+ 10 people)
We require a 50% down payment of the total bill in order to ensure the booking which is non-refundable. 2 weeks prior your booking we require the full payment which is non-refundable.
What happens if the bus breaks down or Brigit’s have to cancel a tour?
As we are operating a 1960 Routemaster bus we reserve the right to cancel or suspend a tour if required and with no prior notice. If this were to happen, we would offer you a place on another tour, free of charge, subject to availability.
If an issue arises due to mechanical reasons, we will try our best to replace the bus within 60 minutes. If unsuccessful, we would offer you a place on another tour, free of charge, subject to availability.
Our tour was cancelled. Will a refund be given?
In the event of a tour cancellation we will offer a transfer to an alternative tour if available. If an issue arises due to mechanical reasons, we will try our best to replace the bus within 60 minutes. If unsuccessful, we can offer you a place on another tour, free of charge, subject to availability.
