Is there a toilet on-board and changing facilities?

No, there is no toilet or changing facilities on-board our MONOPOLY Bus Tours. There are no public toilets at the Temple departure point.

Why is the tour for over 5s only and do you allow babies?

Due to the length of the tour and having no toilets on board the bus, our MONOPOLY tours are best suited, and enjoyed, by children of 5 years and over. Parents / guardians must be confident that all persons in their party will not need to use toilet facilities for the duration of the whole experience.

Please be advised that no standing or walking is permitted during the tour. Parents are responsible for assessing whether their children are capable of remaining seated on parents' laps or on their own for the duration of the 90min tour. Parents are also responsible for keeping their children seated during the tour.

We do NOT allow babies on board. We do allow babies on-board the bus if the whole bus is booked for private hire. Check out our Private Hire page or call us on 020 3026 1188 and one of the team will be able to advise you.

What activities are there onboard?

Each table has its very own tablet with a digital twist of the classic board game. Complete activities and puzzles, buy properties, charge rent, compete against family & friends and earn as much money as you can, while you tour around the streets of Central London taking in the iconic sights.

Test your skills with property challenges and puzzles! Land on unowned property squares and answer trivia questions to buy properties and charge rent. Answer correctly to expand your empire; answer incorrectly, and the property remains up for grabs. The thrill of MONOPOLY comes to life as you buy, trade, and build your way to victory.

Our gamesmaster keeps the good times rolling with entertaining commentary and themed activities throughout your experience.

Is the MONOPOLY bus available for private hire?

Yes, you can find out more about hiring a bus on our Private Hire page. We create bespoke packages for your specific requirements. Alternatively, please call us on 020 3026 1188 and one of the team will be able to advise you.

Will we be able to get off the bus?

No, the bus is only permitted to pick up and drop off passengers at our designated locations.

Are there seatbelts for the children?

No, we operate a 1960’s classic Routemaster bus, which was not fitted with seatbelts. We are not required to install seatbelts for health and safety. Please be advised that no standing or walking is permitted during the tour. Parents are responsible for assessing whether their children are capable of remaining seated on parents' laps or on their own for the duration of the tour. Parents are also responsible for keeping their children seated during the tour.

How many people fit on a table and will we have to share?

Our tables sit up to four guests in a cosy setting. Let’s remember these are the original Routemaster bus seats and we’ve all got a lot larger than our 1960’s relations! Please bear this in mind when booking for your group.

Our VIP seating is for two guests and is situated on the upper deck at the very front of the bus.

If you are a group of 5, either book two tables near one another via our online booking system. Or alternatively, call our bookings team and we’d be happy to help you choose the best options available for your tour of choice.

Can we bring our own food for children with allergies or fussy eaters?

Yes. Please mention dietary requirements upon booking, but in the case we cannot meet your needs, own food is permitted.

Would you advise having two children per adult maximum?

This is at parents' discretion. Please be advised that no standing or walking is permitted during the tour. Parents are responsible for assessing whether their children are capable of remaining seated on parents' laps or on their own for the duration of the tour. Parents are also responsible for keeping their children seated during the tour.

What’s not included in my ticket price?

Alcoholic beverages are not included in your ticket price. You can pre-purchase Champagne, Prosecco or alcohol-free bubbles to your tea upon booking your tour. Please note: we are unable to sell alcohol onboard the bus.

Fantastic!!

Holly and the team on the monopoly bus were fab, so helpful and enthusiastic they made it a great experience. The food was fab and they made it extra special for my mums birthday by getting everyone singing to her and gave her another cake and card, so thoughtful. Would recommend to all and it’s a good giggle.

Brilliant idea for a fun & different way to see London

We did the Monopoly Tea Tour and it was brilliant. Such a fun way to see London and have the most delicious afternoon treats at the same time. It was a mixture of playing Monopoly and having a trivia quiz, which kept it fun and exciting and competitive as you play against others in the bus. You could book a couple of tables and play against friends and family, it would be a great date idea or birthday treat.
