What events suit private hire tours?

Birthdays, multi-generational family celebrations, baby showers and corporate events are all suitable. We create bespoke packages to match your event.

Are there toilets onboard?

Most of our buses do not have toilets. The Peppa Pig & PAW Patrol buses have one for children only and emergency use.

What dietary options are available?

We offer traditional, vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free afternoon teas to suit all. Unfortunately, we are NOT nut or peanut free. Please specify upon booking or call us/email if you would like to change it at least two days before the event. Please note that whilst gluten free flour and ingredients are used and great care is taken, the food is prepared in the same kitchen as the standard menu so for those with coeliac disease we cannot provide a 100% guarantee that the food will be gluten free.

Please note that while we take great care to offer vegan menu options, we cannot guarantee that our vegan dishes are 100% free from animal products. Our kitchen facilities are shared, and although we follow strict procedures to keep preparation and storage areas separate, the potential for cross-contamination remains. As such, trace amounts of allergens may still be present in our vegan offerings.

Are babies allowed on private hire?

Yes, if the whole bus is hired out privately for your event – then we allow babies on-board. Babies are counted as a guest, so if the capacity of the bus is 44, your guest count would be 43 adults and 1 baby.

Please be advised that only the Peppa Pig & PAW Patrol buses have changing facilities on-board.

Can we bring our own decorations or brand the bus?

Yes, you can bring your own decorations for the interior of the bus. Please be aware that for health and safety, we cannot have candles or sparklers on-board the buses.

Yes, our classic buses can be branded on the exterior panels. Please ask a member of our bookings team, and they can advise you on additional costs. Branding is not permitted for the themed buses (Peppa Pig, Paddington,PAW Patrol, MONOPOLY).

What are the booking, payment & cancellation terms?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The final payment is required two weeks prior to the booking date. The deposit is non-refundable; however, upon request, we can make exceptions and transform the deposit in credit to be used for another booking.
