Will we be able to get off the bus?

No, the bus is only permitted to pick up and drop off passengers at our designated locations.

Are there seatbelts for the children?

No, we operate a 1960’s classic Routemaster bus, which was not fitted with seatbelts. We are not required to install seatbelts for health and safety. Please be advised that no standing or walking is permitted during the tour. Parents are responsible for assessing whether their children are capable of remaining seated on parents' laps or on their own for the duration of the tour. Parents are also responsible for keeping their children seated during the tour.

How many people fit on a table and will we have to share?

Our tables sit up to four guests in a cosy setting. Let’s remember these are the original Routemaster bus seats and we’ve all got a lot larger than our 1960’s relations! Please bear this in mind when booking for your group.

Our VIP seating is for two guests and is situated on the upper deck at the very front of the bus.

If you are a group of 5, either book two tables near one another via our online booking system. Or alternatively, call our bookings team and we’d be happy to help you choose the best options available for your tour of choice.

Can we bring our own food for children with allergies or fussy eaters?

Yes. Please mention dietary requirements upon booking, but in the case we cannot meet your needs, own food is permitted.

Would you advise having two children per adult maximum?

This is at parents' discretion. Please be advised that no standing or walking is permitted during the tour. Parents are responsible for assessing whether their children are capable of remaining seated on parents' laps or on their own for the duration of the tour. Parents are also responsible for keeping their children seated during the tour.

What’s not included in my ticket price?

Alcoholic beverages are not included in your ticket price. You can pre-purchase Champagne, Prosecco or alcohol-free bubbles to your tea upon booking your tour. Please note: we are unable to sell alcohol onboard the bus.

We got to see all the London Christmas Lights from the comfort of a nice warm bus!

Our tour was booked for 2pm and we were sat on the upper deck so had an amazing view of all the major sites and and an added bonus, we got to see all the London Christmas lights from the comfort of a nice warm bus. The bus was filled with fairy lights, cakes and laughter - what more could you want!!! It was brilliantly organised, the staff were attentive, the selection of sandwiches, mini quiches and cakes were to die for and the atmosphere was amazing. Got off the bus feeling festively full and wanting to do it all over again!! Thank to you all for making my 50th one I will never forget 😊

A fun jaunt around London!

It was a fun jaunt around London. My wife and I took the Christmas tour. I liked the finger foods and it helped that my wife and I opted for the bottle of prosecco. The staff onboard was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this bus excursion.

A great girly gift!

I booked this tour for myself and my sisters as a Christmas gift for them! They absolutely loved it and I wasn’t disappointed! The staff (Elias and Roger) were great hosts! The free travel coffee cups were a fab unexpected bonus and also a nod to the current environmental issues - I’ve been using mine everyday since!
The food itself was to a very high standard! Definitely recommend this!!
