Winner Announcement and Selection
Winners will be notified via Instagram DM’s. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Brigit’s Bakery reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The winner will be chosen at random. Please ignore and report any social media accounts claiming to be @brigitsbakery and/or requesting you to click a link or provide your card details. Brigit’s Bakery will never ask for sensitive information via social media.
Eligibility
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and legal residents of the United Kingdom. Guests onboard the Peppa Afternoon Tea Bus Tour must be ages 2+, Gin Lovers Afternoon Tea Bus Tour 18+ and the rest of our Afternoon Tea Bus Tours must be 5+. For any prize that offers alcohol, valid ID may be required to verify age upon redemption. All minors must be accompanied by at least one adult over 18 per three children under 16.
Redemption Period
If not stated in the original Giveaway Announcement, the prize must be redeemed within 12 months. Extensions will not be granted.
Subject to Availability
Bookings are subject to availability at the time of scheduling. Specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
No Cash Alternative
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Travel Not Included
Travel to and from London or any associated expenses are not included in the prize.

Punctuality
The bus cannot wait for latecomers. If the prize winners miss the bus through no fault of Brigit’s Bakery or are unable to attend the confirmed booking date and fail to reschedule within 24 hours of making the booking, the prize will be forfeited.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the experience from taking place, Brigit’s Bakery reserves the right to offer an alternative date or experience of equal value.
Accessibility
Guests with accessibility requirements should notify Brigit’s Bakery at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
Personal Data
By entering the competition, participants consent to Brigit’s Bakery collecting, storing, and processing personal data for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required for prize fulfilment.
Marketing Consent
Entrants may opt-in to receive marketing communications from Brigit’s Bakery during the competition entry process. This consent is not required to enter or win the giveaway and may be withdrawn at any time.

Amendments
